Registration
TAGS offers 5 sessions per year: Fall 1, Fall 2, Winter, Spring & Summer. Most students take classes year-round, 1x or 2x per week. We evaluate students in the middle of each session to determine their level for the next session.
We also offer Summer Camps, Summer Private Lessons. Most students take regular classes year round and then supplement with these additional offerings throughout the year.
In addition, we have competitive Team programs that are by invitation only from within our program. While we have successful competitive programs for those with the interest and aptitude, most kids enjoy classes recreationally.
The class tuition listed is for the full session. If you register after the session has begun, tuition will be prorated accordingly.
Payment Policy
Payment in full is due at the time of registration. A $10 per child/per session fee will be charged for all refund requests. Refunds and/or credits are not given for missed classes or for classes that have already occurred. Summer Camp drop requests must be received 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp in order to receive a credit or refund (refund fees apply per camp). Annual family fees, team fees, and private lesson fees are non-refundable, non-creditable, and non-transferable. Private lessons also cannot be rescheduled once booked. ProShop items are non-returnable if item is used/worn and/or if tag has been removed.
Sibling & Multi-class Tuition Discounts
A 10% discount is applied to the second child in the same immediate family, 20% off third child and the fourth child is free! Discount is applied to the lesser fee. One student who takes more than 1 class per week during a session receives 25% off the second class. 20% off is the maximum discount for camps for families with 4 children in camp. No sibling discounts for special events, private lessons or one student taking multiple camps. Other restrictions may apply.
Class Makeup Policy
Always notify the office in advance when you are unable to attend your regular class. We offer unlimited makeups for missed classes year during each session! Makeups must be scheduled in advanced and completed during the session the class was missed (they do not carryover into a future session). Note: Makeups cannot be guaranteed and space is limited. No refunds, credits, or prorated tuition will be issued for missed classes or unused makeup opportunities. No makeups for camp, team or private lessons.
TAGS Weather/Cancellation Policy
During periods of severe or inclement weather, or due to unforeseen circumstances, TAGS may close or cancel classes. If this occurs, we will email all active families scheduled that day and post an update on our Instagram page. When classes are canceled, a makeup class will be offered for class students and must be completed within the specified timeframe.
Misc
TAGS reserves the right to close a class if it is full or if there is not enough interest. Some classes may have a combination of ability levels.

New Family Registration
Click the Register link next to an available class in your child’s level and complete the registration form. If you are unsure of your child’s level, please Contact Us and we can help!
Be sure to include credit card information in order for us to be able to complete your registration. We will process your payment and you will receive an email receipt.
An Annual Family Fee of $45 is due from new & returning families every school year. That fee is prorated to $25 for families who start new in the Spring and it is waived for Summer Session & Camps.
* A parent or guardian must complete the online registration form prior to participation. Any special medical concerns, etc. should be indicated and brought to the instructor’s attention each class.
